Learning and Development

The Rising FMs special interest group had been established since 2007.  Working to promote facilities management as a career of choice the group is focused at potential, new and existing participants within the facilities management profession. Here to provide practical careers advice, CPD learning, development and networking opportunities for anyone looking to progress their career within facilities management, regardless of age or experience. 

This Special Interest Group (SIG) is supported by its committee who are dedicated to running regular events aimed at imparting knowledge of facilities management at a level that can easily be understood and implemented. The committee works to engage with members and provide relevant feedback to BIFM as well as giving members the ability to engage with the institute for the future.
 
Throughout the year Rising FMs will deliver a core program of CPD events. The core program is enhanced with informative and social networking opportunities.
