| Details | As an important member of the Management Team within our Defence business providing a reactive and planned maintenance service to our MOD Client, you will be expected to provide contracts management expertise, taking the sole responsibility for one of the sites within the South West Regional Prime Contract. You will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying opportunities and monitoring performance against both internal and external KPI’s in order to meet contract conditions and business requirements. You will have full profit and loss accountability for your site and be capable of providing effective management of all site personnel and sub-contractors. As someone with experience of managing similar contracts, you should have knowledge of M&E and B&CE trades, an understanding of maintenance processes and procedures, commercial awareness and good communication and leadership skills. It’s likely you’ll be educated to HNC level and it’s vital you hold a full driving licence.
