| Details | A global Asset Management organisation is currently recruiting for an operationally sound and highly strategic Facilities Manager to control delivery of FM and Property services for their UK and European portfolio. Particular emphasis is on developing and implementing a company wide H&S policy and procedure, negotiate property leases and rates, develop exemplar FM processes and service delivery and manage a variety of projects. It is essential you have extensive experience and knowledge of working within a corporate property framework across UK and EU operations, have substantial qualifications in Facilities, H&S and have the gravitas and communication skills to operate a Senior Management level.
