| Details | This is a key operational role with responsibility for managing buildings and the provision of services. You will have direct customer interface with regular visits to buildings within a large portfolio. As BSM you will consistently improve and exceed customer service standards, and will work in partnership with service partners to ensure first class service delivery and continuous improvement. You will operate within a commercial environment and be responsible for cost control and asset investment. A strong understanding of the activities involved in Facilities Management, Office Service provisions is vital; as is working experience or a recognised qualifi cation associated with Health and Safety(IOSH or equivalent).
