Details A vacancy has arisen for a Facilities Manager, with responsibility for the provision of services, and contracts for all Health and Safety matters for the CII. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the purchasing/lease contracts for all company equipment and
supplies, managing the Post Room facilities, co-ordinating office moves and overseeing all property refurbishment and development on the site. The role carries responsibility for legal requirements of Health and Safety at all CII
locations and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a budget and a team of 2 co-ordinators.

You should be able to show proven H&S and facilities management experience with an ability to manage multiple projects including office moves. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to sustain a methodical and
conscientious approach in order to achieve high standards and work to tight deadlines.

Your motivation, communication and attention to detail will be excellent and you will be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess a H&S or NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
