| Details | Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is part of a hugely successful PFI Joint Venture organisation focused on the delivery of Total FM services, coupled with a complex programme of construction and refurbishment projects, to the British Army Estates portfolio in Aldershot and Salisbury Plain areas. Central to ADSL’s continued success is the recruitment of the following roles within Estates Management. (Ref: 65576) This opportunity requires someone with a technical background and methodical approach to work. The main duties involve implementing and managing maintenance works, procedures and services. Other duties include the responsibility for reviewing sub-contractors used on site as well as the in-house maintenance team.
