| Details | Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is part of a hugely successful PFI Joint Venture organisation focused on the delivery of Total FM services, coupled with a complex programme of construction and refurbishment projects, to the British Army Estates portfolio in Aldershot and Salisbury Plain areas. Central to ADSL’s continued success is the recruitment of the following roles within Estates Management. Ref: 66034 This role reports in to the Operations and Maintenance Manager. The successful applicant will ensure that management systems are satisfied at all times. These will include routine works, new works, CAT & Life Cycle Management, AIS works and ensuring building projects are produced on time and to budget.
