| Details | Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is part of a hugely successful PFI Joint Venture organisation focused on the delivery of Total FM services, coupled with a complex programme of construction and refurbishment projects, to the British Army Estates portfolio in Aldershot and Salisbury Plain areas. Central to ADSL’s continued success is the recruitment of the following roles within Estates Management. Ref: 66045 You will provide technical advice on design, maintenance, repair and refurbishment including specialist areas of energy efficiency, environmental impact and sustainable construction. Ideally your experience would include managing commercial and government asset portfolios and you will be qualified as MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor or MAPM Project Manager.
