| Details | Our client a multinational manufacturer of aerospace fire protection systems, require an FM for their extensive manufacturing/office premises near to Heathrow Airport. Duties: Managing on-site maintenance team (mechanical and electrical) Legal compliance for site relating to Insurance inspections, Pressure systems, Waste, PAT Testing, Fixed Wiring Ensuring the companys environmental performance meet requirements, including playing a pivotal role in the implementation of SP017 (GreenTeam) Management of soft and hard contracted services (Catering, Cleaning, Ground Maintainence, HVAC, Security, etc) Implement PPM for plant, machinery and buildings. Requirements: Ideally NEBOSH qualified, experience of manufacturing facilities management Financially and commercially aware Previous man-management experience required Able to negotiate & manage contracts, set services levels and KPIs. |
