| Details | My client is a provider of Hard and Soft FM services and seeks a Commercial Manager to lead initiatives within an active and growing division that is currently turning over £100m. Elements of the role include; improving existing contract’s value in a range of sectors whilst mentoring and supporting operational teams, reporting at a senior level on the division as a whole and developing a commercial frame-work and unifying approach to risk management within the business. The role will also hold responsibility for identifying and negotiating possible partnerships within the group. We seek a person with experience of commercial, finance and risk matters within a Business Services environment. Ideally, you will have a qualification of HNC or higher in either commercial management, FM or a property related engineering discipline. |
