| Details | BBC Workplace has gross revenue spend and recoveries of £250m and upwards of £30m of capital spend and is responsible for the overall strategy, policy and management of the BBC estate of six million square feet. The BBC is entering a period of major organisational change and Workplace has a key role in achieving this transformation, delivering an exciting programme of capital projects and supporting the Divisions as they develop their business strategies. Your role will involve supporting the Senior Performance Manager, leading and delivering a safe and effective supply chain covering Facilities, Estates and Construction management activities across the W12 portfolio project. With proven commercial and financial acumen, possessing strong contract and performance management skills and experience, you’ll have strong analytical skills and experience of dealing with financial and supplier performance data. A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of teams and levels, you’ll also have a strong knowledge of the UK construction and property services industry.
