| Details | A highly client focussed senior property professional required to join a dynamic property management consultancy to develop client accounts and provide strategic property planning in terms of landlord and tenant legislation, budgeting, support services and running service charges. The opportunity is available for an ambitious and highly capable individual to grow into a Directors role by taking a pro-active role in the business development activity. You must be qualified and knowledgeable in core property disciplines, and ideally RICS qualified. As well as posses a proven track record of co-ordinating projects and teams and of delivering prompt and cost effective property solutions.
