| Details | REF:JR190583 Our Client is a highly successful Property management company with a strong presence in London. This is a new in-house role leading all fit-out, refurbishment and conversion projects for commercial, residential and some retail properties. You will need wide ranging PM skills; writing specifications, tendering, contractor & site management, CDM and H&S. Lots of exciting projects, ranging from £30,000 - £300,000 in value. A surveying background is ideal but practical, demonstrable experience key, along with someone who is hands on and has a track record in managing projects. |
