| Details | A well established maintenance firm has recently been awarded a new retail contract. They are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to look after a portfolio of sites in the South of England up to Birmingham. The selected applicant will be responsible for all hard services, sub-contractors, engineers and minor projects. The successful applicant must have a proven track record within a similar role.
