| Details | Working for a luxury residential apartment complex, your primary responsibility will be the planning, organisation and supervision of all facilities services. You will ensure that buildings are maintained to a high standard, in a cost effective manner and in accordance with H&S legislation. MBIFM, relevant FM qualifications and knowledge of tenant /landlord management is required.
