Ref: 11567 Visiting police buildings throughout your assigned area, you’ll work with customers to understand their needs and priorities and see that they have services and facilities that are fit for purpose. You’ll be responsible for minor works projects and health & safety, manage suppliers, deal with financial administration, clarify service levels with suppliers and customers, and manage customer expectations. With a recognised qualification and a track record of delivery in facilities management, you must be an effective networker with the ability to engage and influence multiple audiences including senior management. Passionate about high performance standards, you must be able to inspire and lead others through personal example.
