| Details | OCS is one of the UK’s largest providers of property support services, employing over 35,000 people. You’ll be working for the Integrated Services Division who ensure that the services provided by specialist teams are co-ordinated and delivered seamlessly to major customers. With responsibility for the delivery of integrated services to a portfolio of high profile customers you’ll have full P&L accountability for budget, revenue and gross margin. You’ll use your extensive hard and soft services management experience to ensure that customers are satisfied and profits are achieved. You will work with senior management in operations and sales to develop plans for profitable growth. To succeed in this role you will need: • Experience in managing a multi site, service based, low margin business with a minimum turnover of £8m • Senior operational management expertise with full P&L accountability, ideally gained within the Facilities Management industry. • Proven experience in sales and business generation.
