| Details | Spirita operates in the East Midlands and is part of Metropolitan Housing Partnership - a family of successful businesses providing housing, regeneration, community and support services. We seek expressions of interest from FM consultants with experienced in maintenance of modern housing developments. We require appropriate consultancy support to develop our long term approach to sourcing and delivering effective maintenance of equipment including: • air and ground source heat pumps, • wood-pellet burning boilers, • photo-voltaic arrays and controls, • solar panel hot water systems, • small scale wind turbines, • pumped mains water systems, • domestic sprinkler systems, • fire alarm systems • door entry and security systems, including CCTV • a range of other mechanical equipment. Installations are in various configurations across c500 properties occupied by tenants and leaseholders who are the ultimate customers of the service we seek to develop. Sites are located in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Northampton.
