| Details | We are looking for a Facilities Manager with a proven track record in contract management to join our team at Holyrood. The main focus of your role will be management of our catering/hospitality contract. • You should be a Facilities Manager with excellent contract management skills, ideally with experience in delivering catering services to an exceptional standard within a prestigious environment. • You should be experienced in procuring high value contracts. • You will be committed to providing services innovatively, collaboratively and responsibly, to an agreed service level. • You will be highly client focused with excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. • You must have strong organisational skills and an analytical approach with good decision making skills. You should possess an appropriate qualification and/or a relevant professional membership. Salary range is £27k progressing to £35k within 4 years subject to satisfactory job performance.
