| Details | This is an exciting time in the development of the University Estate with the first phase of an intended £50m investment for the University of a new City Centre Campus due to open in 2010. In managing Facilities Services, your key tasks will be to co-ordinate service delivery of the Catering, Conference, Sports, Student Accommodation, Premises and Cleaning teams and to develop strategies to increase income generation activities. Critical to the post is a desire to provide the highest quality living and learning environment for our students along with excellent customer service. You will have experience of co-ordinating corporate income generation activities for a large organisation; managing budgets and a proven ability to identify opportunities and produce associated strategy documents.
