As our Overall Buildings Manager, you’ll be part of a number of teams managing services to council and civic buildings that cover cleaning, school crossing and patrol services. You’ll also be the primary point of contact for all maintenance and development matters and ensure arrangements are in place to cope with any breakdowns or emergencies. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role as Head of Facilities and so be used to co-ordinating lots of different tasks and teams.
