| 1 Jul 2008 | EPCs pass second deadline The Energy Performance Certificate scheme passes another deadline today – with UK businesses of more than 26,909 ft expected to produce certificates to prospective buyers or tenants when their property is built, sold or leased. |
| 1 Jul 2008 | Minister calls for calm over Building Regs The government yesterday responded to industry concerns about Building Regulations compliance saying that “poor compliance and ineffectual enforcement regime seems to be a common perception” but calling on sector to “keep things in perspective”. |
