Affiliate Grade

This is our entry-level grade and is suitable for anyone who has an interest in or is already working within the facilities management industry. You will not be assessed in order to make this Grade. Previous experience in facilities management is not required.

Unemployed concession £76

Paying by Direct Debit

Those paying by annual direct debit are eligible to receive a 5% discount off the membership fee. For Affiliate member this means your membership fee is reduced to £130 per year. To pay for your membership by direct debit please download the direct debit form.

Tax relief is available on our membership subscriptions.

Concessions

If you are unemployed you are eligible to claim a reduced subscription for one year. Please contact the membership department on 0845 058 1358 or at membership@bifm.org.uk for more information to check your eligibility.

If you are over 60 and no longer receiving income, you are eligible to apply for a retired concessionary rate of membership. Again, please contact the membership department for further information.
