Before you begin your application please ensure that you have a Credit or Debit card available.

Associate grade is open to all with an interest in facilities management. This grade is suitable for those who are starting out in a career in facilities management.

Member grade is suitable for those working within facilities management or those with a BIFM Qualification at level 4 or 5. (Additional experience and supporting information will be required and is dependant on the entry route).

Certified Grade is suitable for individuals with a qualification at level 6 or above and three years facilities management experience. (Additional supporting information will be required).
