Welcome to the BIFM Membership Application Page for LST

Please read the notes below before downloading and completing the application form.

BIFM has 2 grades of membership: Full Member Grade and Associate Member Grade.

In order to become a full member of BIFM, we would usually expect applicants to have 5 years experience in Facilities Management.
If you have between 3 and 5 years experience in FM, you may still be eligible for member grade providing you can demonstrate at least five years managerial experience in another sector on your CV.
If you think you qualify then tick the Full Member Grade box and ensure you send your CV with your application form. Your CV should cover your career to date, clearly showing each of the posts that you have held and for how long. It should also show any educational qualifications and professional memberships that you hold.
