Become a Group Member

How much will it cost?

There is a registration fee of £282 (+VAT) to start a Group membership scheme. The additional cost involved will be dependant on the number of individuals to be included in the scheme and their relevant membership grades. These can be both existing and new members.

The cost will be based on the current individual subscription fee at each grade calculated by the number of people in the scheme at each grade. The transfer of individuals who are existing BIFM members will be charged pro-rata at their annual subscription fee to cover the period between the individuals membership renewal date and the Group Membership renewal date.

New members will be charged at the current subscription rates including assessment fees where applicable.
