Each application entry route requires a specific set of additional documentation to support your application form. Information on this documentation can be found below:

Associate, Member and Certified Grades are assessed grades of membership. This means members skills; experience and qualifications are reviewed against BIFM competences.

There is no requirement to supply any supporting materials for this member grade.

ASSOCIATE:
Associate - Route a) Experience

MEMBER:
Member - Route a) Completion of BIFM Level 4 or 5 Qualification

• Sponsor (e.g. line manager, HR manager or client) this person will be contacted to authenticate the details you provide.

• CBIFM Declaration

FELLOW:
The following materials are required to support your application:

• CV (See Guidance and CV Template as required)
• Reflective CPD record 
• Professional Leadership Review (PLR)
  Please use the PLR Guidelines provided
• Referee (e.g. line manager, HR manager or client) this person will be contacted to authenticate the details you provide.

In addition to the above, if successful in the 1st stage of application, being the assessment of your supporting materials, you will be asked to attend a "Peer Review Panel" meeting to complete your application for upgrade.
