FM on the radio

01-02-08 10:22 BIFM

Facilities management got some national radio exposure last weekend on Radio 4’s ‘The Bottom Line’ with Evan Davis.

In a special Scottish edition of the business programme, broadcast on 26th January, Davis talked to three top executives about the best way to reach the top. His guests included Willie Haughey, the founder of City Refrigeration, whose company has moved from manufacturing into service.

Davis asks Haughey to explain what he means by facilities management.

You can hear the programme using the BBC’s 'Listen Again' feature or download it as a podcast – click the link below. After this Saturday you will need to click on 'More Programmes' for the archive.

There are some good insights into leadership but fast forward to 7m 20s for Haughey’s definition of FM as delivered by his business.
