The must-attend event for all facilities professionals - only two weeks to go!

30-04-08 9:33 BIFM

The Facilities Show, in association with the BIFM takes place for the 9th year running on 13-15 May 2008 at the NEC in Birmingham. The must-attend event for all facilities professionals, this year’s show promises to be the largest and most comprehensive ever, delivering more to the FM industry than ever before, with over 100 exhibitors.

A highlight of the show includes ‘The Sustainable FM Academy’ where high profile speakers will address such issues as carbon saving, energy performance of buildings, recycling and waste management. Attendees are able to further educate themselves on the key topics within CSR, creating a green workplace and the most recent developments in legislation.

’Sustainability in FM - by default or design?’ is the theme for the 5th in a series of interesting roundtable debates forming part of the BIFM Sustainable FM Knowledge Transfer Partnership Project. As for previous events, the audience is invited to pose questions to the panel and present their views on this thought-provoking topic.

The roundtable event, supported by headline sponsors Kinnarps will be held on the 14th May.

Join The BIFM on stand B21 for further details on the roundtable event and to meet the new chair and his deputies. Iain Murray (new chair), Dave Wilson and Robert Greenfield will be available on the stand on the 13th May from 2-4pm.
They all look forward to seeing you there!

Taking place from 13-15 May 2008, The Facilities Show adjoins IFSEC, 12-15 May and Safety & Health Expo 13 -15 May. For more information on the event and to register for free entry, please visit the link below for further information.
