FM service quality survey

04-06-08 9:45 BIFM

BIFM is supporting Investment Property Databank (IPD) in a joint initiative with University College London to define and measure FM service quality.

IPD has identified nine clear dimensions of FM service quality as well as strong relationships between service quality, customer satisfaction and purchase intentions of customer organisations.

To assess the impact of FM service quality on profitability and revenue growth for cleaning, catering and security organisations, BIFM is asking account managers responsible for these services to take part in a short survey.

On completion of the survey you will receive a full report on FM Service Quality in the UK (so please insert your personal details when completing the survey).

Click on the link below to take part and then select whichever survey is most relevant – cleaning, catering or security. You can respond to more than one.
