Members visit St Pancras International

A major transport interchange in a listed building, incorporating a shopping centre and the security requirements of an airport – managing St Pancras International Station was never going to be straightforward.
BIFM members got an insight into the challenges facing the FM team on a visit to the station as part of the BIFM Members’ Event on Tuesday 1st July.
Station Facilities Manager Paul Cook and Operations Delivery Manager Steve Vidler from Network Rail took the group on a tour, answering questions on management and operations.
