Sustainability for Occupiers conference

A Sustainability for Occupiers conference will take place on the 24th September at America Square Conference Centre, London. The event, produced by Newzeye (publisher of "Sustainable Building" newsletter) will focus on energy efficiencies and will include the following topics:

  • The environmental code
  • Energy performance certificates
  • Drivers and barriers for sustainable buildings
  • Adaptability of old buildings
  • The value of sustainability in the commercial sector
    Case studies

Confirmed speakers include Jon Lovell, Drivers Jonas, Christopher Hedley, IPD Occupiers and Management, Dr David Telford, Hurleypalmerflatt, Mark Hinnells, Environmental Change institute, University of Oxford, Sunil Shah, Jacobs (who is also the BIFM sustainability SIG chair) and Jean Waring-Thomas, Boots.
