If you are attending TWM, don’t miss the opportunity to come along for a chat to the Chair and committee members of both the London Region and Home Counties Region. Ismena Clout and Ann Inman, the respective chairs are holding a members' surgery where they will be happy to hear your ideas of the activities and events you would like to see included within their Programmes for 2009. This will take place from 3.30pm until 4pm at the FM Academy Theatre at TWM on 8th October.

Also on 8th October there is a London Region event running alongside TWM. This is an address on “FM: State of the Union” by two very prominent speakers – Oliver Jones, CEO and co-founder of The Asset Factor and David Exley, Head of FM at Clifford Chance. This provides an overview of the current industry status from both the supply side and client side with a view of how the two sides of the business model will fare during the predicted downturn.
