Have your say on the BIFM

BIFM is soon to be conducting a survey for its members to let the Institute know their views on what could make the BIFM better for them.
This is the largest survey that the organisation has ever undertaken, and will be used to develop the Institute’s products and services for all members. By taking part in the survey, you can help the BIFM understand different members perceptions, which is essential is making sure we stay relevant to the industry, and at the forefront of FM innovation.
Ian Fielder, CEO of BIFM, said: “We understand there are many surveys out there that are available to take part in. However as this survey is about you, your career and your membership, I would hope that our members see it as an important tool for them to use in progressing the direction of the Institute”, said Ian Fielder, CEO of BIFM.
“We want to ensure that the services BIFM offer stay relevant to you, and in order to obtain the fullest picture possible across the institute different members will be invited to take slightly different types of questionnaires. Therefore a survey specific to you and your membership will be e-mailed to you and I would encourage you to take part.”
For every returned and completed survey, the BIFM has agreed to donate 50p to the Chairman’s Charities (Dogs for the Disabled and MacMillan Cancer Support) for the first 400 respondents.
Survey results will be available over the summer, where the BIFM will indicate its plans for the information gathered throughout the survey period.
