It's time to be recognised

The brand new BIFM Recognition Awards, sponsored by BIFM Training, are being introduced at the Institute's AGM and Members' Day on 25th June and provide the perfect platform for BIFM Groups and volunteer members to shine!
Aimed at our Regions, Sector Forums and Special Interest Groups, these Awards have been specifically designed to recognise those who have contributed immensely to the development of the Institute around the
Recipients will include individuals and organisations who have helped to shape the Institute’s future and build awareness by their amazing contributions and efforts. There are six Award categories:
- Best BIFM Region of the Year
- Best BIFM Regional Committee Member of the Year
- Best BIFM Sector Forum and Special Interest Group
- Best BIFM Member of the Year*
- Best Corporate Supporter of BIFM
- Best Rising FM of the Year*
*For these categories any member of the Institute can be nominated, as well as members who participate in a Group committee.
All entry nominations have now been submitted and will be reviewed for merit by a judging panel prior to the 25th June. Winners will be announced at the BIFM Recognition Awards Ceremony on the afternoon of 25th June 2009 at
The Awards Ceremony will be followed by a photo call involving our Recognition Award winners, BIFM Chairman and CEO and then an informal evening drinks reception.
