The BIFM has introduced a new People Management special interest group (SIG).

The brand new SIG has a vision to ensure that people considerations are built into the fabric of the corporate decision making process in the FM industry at every level, in the same way that financial implications are routinely taken into account today.

As an HR professional or people leader in the FM industry, joining this group will help you to support and commit to the strategic and operational objectives of your company.  It will also help maintain an appropriate balance with the needs of the wider employee team, both in terms of the needs of the individual and the obligations enforced by the regulatory framework.

In short the SIG will help you make the most of one of your most valuable assets – your people.
