Like many journeys, you set your destination, map your route and along the way wonder if you may have taken a wrong turning.  You did not factor into the journey the road works, the number of caravans who also seem to be on the same journey nor the number of accidents causing long tailbacks, but despite the challenges along the "qualifications development" journey BIFM has arrived in January 2010 with our new qualifications in place. 

Back in October 2009 the career development section of the BIFM website was revamped to take into account the new qualifications and during the last six weeks of 2009 BIFM received and processed a number of applications from existing tuition providers plus new centres to deliver the new qualifications. 

A constant stream of enquiries from potential centres has continued in 2010 and BIFM expects to be adding new centres over the course of the next few months.

BIFM has also met with a number of employers who are delighted with the unitised approach to the new qualifications which will enable them to use the units as part of an employee’s training and development.

So in true New Year tradition it is out with the old and in with the new at BIFM.
