Five companies have become the first BIFM Registered CPD Providers under the new BIFM CPD Provider Network, a scheme open exclusively to Corporate Members. The companies will be presenting their CPD Approved sessions at the Facilities Show in the BIFM CPD Theatre across all three days.
The CPD Provider Network
is designed to deliver specialist CPD sessions for the BIFM Membership and beyond. It provides Corporate Members with the opportunity to have their specialist knowledge and expertise approved by BIFM. This new scheme will enable BIFM to provide an even greater and wider set of CPD opportunities to its members; recognising the breadth and depth that FM expertise covers the scheme provides a channel for quality CPD to be delivered from experts in their particular field.
The first five companies to achieve recognised status are detailed below with their session titles:
> The PURE Water Company: Sustainability And Environmental Issues And Drinking
> powerPerfector: The Hidden Risk Of Over Voltage
> Waldmann: Energy Efficient Office Lighting - Flexible Office Lighting Concepts to Minimise Energy Consumption and Maximise Comfort
> Maris Interiors: The Secrets To A Successful Office Relocation
> Plastic Surgeon: Fine Finishing and Cosmetic Repair – Stone and Brick
Neil Everitt, Commercial Manager at BIFM, said: “It is exciting to see the first wave of BIFM Corporate Members achieving Registered CPD Provider status. The CPD Provider Network scheme will enable BIFM to offer a wide range of CPD opportunities on specialist topics to our members. We feel sure our members will make use of this learning opportunity at the Facilities Show and beyond.”
As the number of CPD Providers grows so too will the amount of CPD opportunities and resources for the BIFM membership.
