BIFM are collaborating on the Active Working Summit taking place on 28 January in London.

The one day event aims to look at the impact of office workers sitting for an average of 10 hours each day. Sessions include:

> Breaking the Mould. The Challenge for Workplace Design
> Health at Work: Growing Impact of Musculoskeletal Disorders on Productivity
> UK Workplace Research and Impacts on Reduction in Sedentary Behaviour
> Corporate Gyms: Strategies to Increase Employee Usage and Engagement

BIFM chair, Julie Kortens, will be participating in a panel discussion with CIPD and Investors in People, looking at the challenge of sedentary working.
