BIFM has signed Partners in FM Excellence Agreements with six parties:
- IFMA (International Facility Management Association)
- FMA (Facility Management Association of Australia)
- IPFMA (Irish Property and Facility Management Association) and
- CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers)
- ECA (Electrical Contractors’ Association)
- HVCA (The Heating and Ventilating Contractors’ Association)
The Facility Management Association of Australia provides facility professionals with world class research and professional development to keep them at the forefront of the FM industry.
The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) is the professional association for FM, representing the largest community of facility management professionals in the industry.
The objective of the Irish Property and Facility Management Association is to develop and maintain the highest levels and professional conduct in all areas of property and facilities management.
CIBSE (The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) is an international body which represents and provides services to the building services profession. It is dedicated to the development of better buildings through education, research, communication and influencing government regulations and legislation
The Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA) is the UK’s leading trade association representing the interests of contractors who install and maintain electrical and electronic equipment. The Association works with regulatory bodies, government and opinion formers to raise industry standards and its members are recognised for their quality and professionalism.
HVCA (The Heating and Ventilation Contractors’ Association) adds value to its members’ businesses by providing quality services, promoting excellence and shaping the commercial environment through representation and leadership. The HVCA represents the interests of firms active in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (hvacr) products and equipment.
