This is a long standing hybrid managing agency and direct service delivery contract with British Gas/Centrica.

The contract was first managed when Carillion acquired Mowlem in 2002. The contract underwent a further 5 year tender in 2012 which Carillion successfully retained. Carillion use this as a pathfinder contract for their other clients, adapting lessons learned tools, processes and measures that have proven to work on this contract.

The client feedback process using Servexcel and a performance measurement process based upon the Net Promoter Score help Carillion to align their performance to the client objectives and the key success factors are used to make the score charts.

The business model was specifically created for use with Centrica and has proven to be a winning formula for both Carillion and Centrica.
