This one-day course will teach you how you can build collaborative partnerships, based on transparency and mutual trust to deliver shared success.

This course will benefit you if you are responsible for outsourced contracts, either as an in-house facilities management or procurement professional. It will also benefit you if you are a contract manager, account manager or a site lead who delivers facilities services for a client.
