The course will explore the links between an organisation’s property portfolio, the importance of property strategy and effective management of the organisation’s property assets. In addition, the options and implications of property ownership will be explored including the different cost, contracts, leases and common lease terms and relevant legislation.
The delegate will understand how to set up and manage registers for property and fixed assets to achieve financial and legislative compliance, as well as gain understanding of the technology options available and how the data can be used to better support the organization.
