Details How can we ensure our organisations overcome risks and threats and move forward?

How can an organisation successfully anticipate, prepare for, respond and adapt to unexpected threats and sudden disruptions in today’s interconnected world?

This course will help you to develop resilience and security strategies for public and private sector organisations and methods you can use to ensure they form part of organisational culture.

Is it for you?
The course is designed for facilities management professionals, assistant FM professionals, and FM security coordinators who are looking to develop their understanding of the significance resilience should hold within their organisations in harmony with its existing security policies, strategies, and procedures.

What will you learn?
You will understand what resilience is in both organisational and national contexts, as well as how intelligence-led strategies help determine organisational resilience and security.

You will be able to identify the appropriate sources of information and will develop an awareness of key content of BS65000 and BS16000:2015, and you will also be taken through best practices for resilience and security programmes as a whole.

These will in turn show you how to create a structure for combining resilience and corporate security, which will take in to account the impact of threats, risks and vulnerabilities within your organisation.

You will be able to to establish appropriate policies and procedures, and understand how to implement these to make resilience and security part of your corporate culture.
