Details	It’s easy for clients and service providers to blame each other when projects go wrong; an approach that does not deliver success and growth for either party. Contemporary outsourcing models are increasingly complex and require collaboration to succeed. This one-day course will teach you how you can build collaborative partnerships, based on transparency and mutual trust to deliver shared success. Is it for you?
