Is it for you?
This course is for you if you are involved with developing your business' facilities management strategy, if you are responsible for the role out of new strategies or are accountable for communicating strategic changes throughout your business.
What will you learn?
Gain a firm understanding of why and how a business strategy is put in place, and evaluate the impact of the business strategy on the services offered by you and the rest of the facilities management team. You will then be able to use this understanding of business strategy to inform your facilities management strategy.
You will analyse different contexts in which facilities managements services are providing, including but not limited to restructuring, compliance, technology and sources and comparing these, you will look at the way organisational and facilities management relate and influence one another.
In turn, you will be able to analyse required change within your existing strategy or build a new one to be consistent with your business' overarching organisational strategy. You will discover the best ways to communicate and implement the strategy thoroughly and analyse the level of understanding gained by your chosen audiences.
