Details Senior Facilities Managers are responsible for the development of effective facilities strategies covering multiple disciplines and operational scenarios. They must manage the successful implementation of those strategies and ensure their sustainable success in the face of constant change.

Faced with the demands of multiple stakeholders, limited resources and a multitude of compliance issues, the effective FM professional requires a unique combination of management skills, technical knowledge and personal attributes.
In this intensive three-day programme delegates will review the full range of competences required, will learn how to best utilise them to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives and will consider how to maintain that success over a sustained period.
This course is for senior facility managers or experienced junior FMs who aspire to that position; those considering the BIFM L4 qualification who wish to assess their knowledge of the FM professional standards.
