BIFM Academy courses now available in Manchester

Following popular demand, facilities management professionals based in northern UK regions can now access more professional training with some of the BIFM Academy’s sell-out courses soon to be delivered in Manchester.

Effective Property Management, taking place 5 – 6 September is for FM professionals responsible for or interested in selecting, managing and maintaining property and fixed assets. This course explores the importance of a property strategy and how asset registers can be an effective tool for property management.

Contract Management, taking place 21 –22 November explores how to put potentially failing contracts back on track, enhance commercial skills and maximise value – financial and functional - from FM contracts. This course will cover the key elements that go into an FM contract and the tools and techniques that can be used to improve delivery of current and future contracts.

Space Planning, taking place 13 September will show FM and property professionals how to optimise the use of space in the buildings they are responsible for. Space is one of the most valuable assets a business can own, and this course will explore how utilising space correctly can not only save money, but also improve customer experience, reduce accidents, improve morale and wellbeing and increase efficiency.
